1. Purpose and Authority

This Insurance Schedule is issued by the Board of Directors of the International Aerial Combat Sport Federation, Inc. ("IACSF") pursuant to Article XIX of the IACSF Bylaws. It establishes the required categories of insurance coverage and minimum policy limits for each sport classification governed by the IACSF, applicable to Member Teams, Event Organizers, and other covered parties.

This Schedule shall be reviewed by the Board no less than annually and may be amended by Board resolution without requiring amendment of the IACSF Bylaws. The current version of this Schedule supersedes all prior versions upon its effective date. All references in IACSF Bylaws, Licensing Agreements, Franchise Agreements, and Sanctioning Agreements to the "IACSF Insurance Schedule" or "applicable Insurance Schedule" shall be read as references to the then-current version of this document.

2. Sport Classifications

Insurance requirements under this Schedule are organized by sport classification as recognized by the IACSF. The current recognized sport classifications are:

** Classification ACS — Aerial Combat Sport (Jet-Powered Aircraft)**

Additional sport classifications may be added by Board resolution. Where a participant or event operator is involved in activities falling under more than one classification, the higher applicable limits shall apply unless otherwise determined by the Board.

3. Classification ACS — Aerial Combat Sport

3.1 Member Team Requirements

Each Member Team competing under Classification ACS shall procure and maintain, at its sole cost, the following minimum coverages. All policies shall name the IACSF as an additional insured and shall provide thirty (30) days' written notice to the IACSF prior to cancellation or material modification.

Proof of current coverage shall be submitted to the IACSF no later than sixty (60) days prior to each Championship Event and annually upon policy renewal.

3.2 Event Organizer Requirements

Each Event Organizer seeking or holding IACSF sanction for a Classification ACS event shall procure and maintain, at its sole cost, the following minimum coverages. Proof of coverage shall be submitted to the IACSF no later than ninety (90) days prior to the event.

4. General Provisions

4.1 Insurer Standards

All required insurance shall be obtained from insurers licensed to do business in the jurisdiction of the insured activity and rated no less than A- (Excellent) / VII by A.M. Best or an equivalent rating from a recognized rating agency, unless otherwise approved in writing by the IACSF.

4.2 Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation

Where required by this Schedule, the IACSF shall be named as an additional insured on a primary and non-contributory basis. A waiver of subrogation in favor of the IACSF shall be included on all applicable policies.

4.3 No Limitation of Liability

The minimum limits specified in this Schedule do not limit the liability of any party. Where applicable law or an applicable agreement requires higher limits, those higher limits shall govern. The IACSF may, in its discretion, require higher limits for specific events based on venue capacity, aircraft type, or risk profile.

4.4 Annual Review and Amendment

The Board shall review this Schedule no less than annually, taking into account claims history, changes in aviation insurance market conditions, regulatory requirements, and the addition of new sport classifications. Amended versions shall be published to all affected parties not less than sixty (60) days prior to the effective date of the amendment.
