SECTION 8 — DECLARATIONS AND AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE

The undersigned Authorized Representative of the Organizing Entity hereby declares and warrants that:

  • All information provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge;

  • The event will be conducted in full compliance with IACSF Bylaws, Competition Rules, Technical Code, and Safety Manual;

  • All required permits, licenses, and authorizations will be obtained and maintained throughout the event;

  • The IACSF Commissioner and duly appointed officials will be afforded full access to all event areas, aircraft, and records;

  • Any changes to event details after sanctioning is granted will be promptly reported to the IACSF;

  • The Organizing Entity accepts responsibility for the safety, conduct, and integrity of the event; and

  • The Organizing Entity agrees to pay all applicable sanctioning fees and any post-event assessments.
